All ESL products can be adapted, if required, to suit your individual needs. Where your requirement cannot be met with a standard product we offer the flexibility of producing bespoke products for your application. Our bespoke design service uses the most up to date CAD computer design technology to provide a solution to suit your specific needs.

All of our products are made to the highest standards and designed to meet your aspirations and budget, our professional staff will manage the project from the initial idea through to the final installation and we are happy to provide a no obligation site visit to discuss your requirements.

Product Specifications

Materials – Our products are available in a range of materials including: Wood, Aluminium, Galvanised Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Cast Iron.

Construction – Mild steel racks and stands are manufactured from 50mm x 3.2mm galvanised mild steel tube. Shelters and Compounds are made from 60mm x 60mm x 3mm box section galvanised mild steel.

Bolts are internally fixed using captive nuts to eliminate unsightly and potentially hazardous external nuts and threads.

Cladding can be made from 5 or 8mm Pet G, 10mm twin walled polycarbonate, mild steel or plastisol which can all come in a variety of shade and colours. All fixing straps are aluminium or upvc with gasket and all bolts and fixings are either aluminium or stainless steel. For extra safety precautions all ground fixing anchors have tamper-proof security heads.
